    Landman / Professional Land Surveyor

    About CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp.

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. (TSX-V: CTV; OTCQB: CTVFF; Frankfurt: C9R) is a mining company focused on critical mineral resources in the United States. The Company holds an option to acquire 7,180 acres of mineral rights across multiple projects in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District and owns a 100% interest in the Gibellini Vanadium Mine Project in Nevada. CleanTech is committed to advancing its mineral projects through responsible exploration, effective land management, and the development of its critical mineral assets.

    The Role

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. is seeking an experienced landman who is also a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to secure and document the land position behind its Kentucky and Illinois projects. This is a single position that combines both disciplines.

In this role, the candidate will establish who owns the surface and mineral estates on each tract, map those interests, and keep the records current. The candidate will also survey those tracts and prepare the plats and legal descriptions that acquisition, drilling and permitting rely on.

The role works closely with the company’s exploration, legal and permitting teams. Title opinions and legal advice remain with the company’s title counsel.

    Key Responsibilities

    Land Services

The candidate will deliver a complete, mapped record of surface and mineral ownership for every tract of interest, and secure the rights the company selects.

    •       Title research: Search county clerk, probate and tax records, including deeds, mineral severances, wills and estates, leases, mortgages and liens. Prepare run sheets and mineral ownership reports that separate surface from mineral ownership and trace fractional interests through heirs.

    •       Deed mapping: Plot the legal description of each deed, fit it to adjoining deeds and county parcel maps, and flag gaps, overlaps and descriptions that do not close. Map surface and mineral ownership as separate layers.

    •       Owner identification: Locate current owners and heirs, including those who are difficult to find, and make first contact on the company’s behalf.

    •       Curative work: Prepare and obtain the curative instruments identified by title counsel, such as affidavits of heirship, releases of expired leases and mortgages, and ratifications from co-owners.

    •       Land administration: Maintain the tract schedule and lease files, and track option payments, rentals, expiry dates and renewal deadlines.

    •       Landowner relations: Serve as the company’s point of contact with landowners during drilling and field programs, including notices, access arrangements and damage settlements.

    Survey Services

The candidate will provide the surveys and legal descriptions that acquisition, drilling and permitting depend on. All survey work must be performed under the candidate’s own Professional Land Surveyor license in the state where the work is done.

    •       Boundary and retracement surveys of tracts being acquired, and of the proposed mine portal, plant and permit areas.

    •       Land Title Surveys where required for title insurance or financing.

    •       Topographic surveys of proposed facility sites.

    •       Drill hole collar surveys and permanent survey control for the drilling program.

    •       Plats, exhibits and sealed legal descriptions for agreements, recording and permit applications.

    Required Qualifications

    •       At least five years of experience as a landman, including courthouse title research.

    •       A current Professional Land Surveyor license in Kentucky.

    •       Hands-on experience in county courthouses in western Kentucky and southern Illinois.

    •       Experience with severed mineral estates and fractional ownership passing through heirs.

    •       Demonstrated deed-plotting ability, shown through a sample deed plot and run sheet from a past project.

    •       Working proficiency in survey CAD software, GIS and Excel.

    •       A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and the ability to reach courthouses and field sites on short notice.
