If you have interest in running for county surveyor, the process is as follows:
1. File the notification and declaration that is available at the link below. Complete the form including two additional notarized signatures and give to the county clerk. There will be a filing fee (approximately $50) by January 9, 2025.

2. File your candidate registration notification which is your statement of spending intent on the campaign. It's filled out online. If you do not have an account, you will need to create an account at kentucky.gov to fill out the form. Thirty days post election, you will need to submit a finance statement.
