A four hour professional development course exploring how the frequently used introductory text for boundary surveying, BROWN'S BOUNDARY CONTROL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES, and another commonly referenced text, CLARK ON BOUNDARIES AND SURVEYING, aligns with existing Kentucky case law as researched through the book Commonwealth of Kentucky Case Law for Land Boundary Issues. Also briefly explored will be methods to research case law either through Google Scholar or through the Harvard Law School Case Law Access Project website.
