Description
This four hour professional development course continues the exploration of how the texts BROWN'S BOUNDARY CONTROL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES and CLARK ON SURVEYING AND BOUNDARIES aligns with existing case law in Kentucky as pulled from the KAPS publication COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY CASE LAW FOR LAND BOUNDARY ISSUES. Since this and the earlier portion are published as stand alone units, we will also revisit accessing case law through Google and the Case Law Access Project. Having reviewed many Kentucky cases, we’ll also consider the words of Justice Cooley in light of what we have seen in Kentucky law.
